You need to be cracked. Specifically:
- You've built and deployed a full-stack app that real people used. Personal projects count.
- You're really strong in JavaScript or TypeScript, backend APIs and databases.
- You can take a rough idea to a working version on your own, fast.
- You can explain a tradeoff in plain words.
- Bonus: real-time video and audio or WebRTC, LLM APIs and evals, security and moderation.
You'll work on
- Live video and voice rooms: matching, turn timing, spectators.
- The AI judge: prompts, evals, and making every ballot show its work.
- The leaderboard, ratings and profiles.
- Moderation and safety for live rooms between strangers.
Stack: JavaScript, React, Netlify Functions, Firebase and Firestore, Daily for video, OpenAI Realtime for voice.

Content and Marketing Intern

Cut debate rounds into clips and posts, help run our accounts and creator outreach, and work directly with the founder.
You need to be cracked. Specifically:
- You've grown an account, yours or someone else's, and you can show the numbers.
- You edit short-form fast and you write hooks.
- You decide what to post next from the numbers.
- You know what is funny on the internet this week.
- Bonus: debate, politics or commentary content; creator outreach or UGC; comfortable on camera.
What you get
- Real reps on a live product, working directly with the founder.
- A reference from the founder, with your numbers attached.
- First look if this becomes a paid role.

You need to be cracked. Specifically:
- You debate competitively on any circuit, or you run a club or society.
- You can get people to show up, every week.
- You can teach a beginner how a round works.
- You know what your circuit needs: formats, motions, language, judging norms.
