Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it is about a specific round, the round link helps.
Open your profile, scroll to Account and settings, and choose Delete account. That removes your profile, your saved rounds, and your ballots. It cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
A voice round asks for the microphone the first time you start one, never before. If you declined, iOS will not ask again: open Settings, find Debatable, and turn Microphone on. On the web, check the padlock in the address bar. Headphones with their own mute switch are the other common cause.
Every live round carries report and block controls next to the other person's video. Reports reach a human, not a model. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Either debater can appeal a judged round within 72 hours on stated grounds, and a person reviews it. No model re-judges an appeal. The rules the judge follows are published at judge integrity.
Consumer plans are free while the product is in beta. If you were charged for a tournament entry or a token subscription and something looks wrong, email us with the date and the last four digits of the card and we will sort it out.
A whole roster runs on the season license rather than a seat plan. Email us and we will send invoicing and privacy paperwork.
