Talk is cheap because nothing settles it
A claim in a group chat or a comment thread has no settlement date. Nobody wins, nobody pays, everybody leaves more certain than they arrived. That is why online arguing feels like cardio on a treadmill: effort, no distance.
A debate round is the opposite instrument. It has two sides, a clock, and a verdict. The moment a claim can lose, it starts getting made more carefully.
How the market works
A live round opens in the Arena or on the live board. The motion is the market.

The round ends and the AI judge writes the ballot: winner, reason for decision, speaker points.

Play money, real verdicts
The credits have no cash value. Nothing is deposited, nothing pays out, and credits cannot be cashed out, transferred, or converted into anything. This is not a gambling product and there is no wagering service here.
What is real is the settlement: an actual round, argued by real people, judged on the flow. The stakes are your calibration score and your standing on the leaderboard. That keeps it open to students, which is who this is for.
Prediction is a reasoning drill
