Why argue with strangers at all

Post an open invite so another person can DM you to organize a round. A casual 1v1 against AI is always one tap away, clearly labeled as AI. You choose whether to start an AI round.
Is it safe to debate strangers on video?
Your camera and mic stay off until you accept a match. You can leave at any time, switch to the avatar, and report or block the other person.
Every round has report and block built in, and reports go to review.

Where can I debate people online?
Use Debatable's live Spar queue for a casual 1-on-1 video round with another person. You share one question and clock, speak on opposite sides, and receive a written decision from the judge.
Is there an Omegle for debate?
Pretty much. Debatable matches you with a random person the way Omegle did, but instead of aimless chat you get one shared question, opposite sides, timed speeches, and a written decision at the end.
Can I debate random people online?
That is the default. Press Find on the live queue and the next person waiting is your opponent, wherever they are. You agree one question, take opposite sides, and the round is scored at the end. If the queue is quiet you keep your place while you browse the site, or post an open invite so someone can take it later.
Can I debate anonymously online?
Close to it. Avatar mode puts an animated mask between you and the room, so your opponent, the audience and any replay see the mask move as you speak and never your camera. Every debater is on camera, as themselves or as the avatar. You can enter the queue and debate on video as a guest. Signing in with Google, Apple, or email keeps your rounds and matching answers saved.
How long does it take to match with a stranger?
It depends on the live queue. If another person is waiting, the match can land immediately. If not, keep your place while you browse, post an open invite, or choose a clearly labeled AI practice round.
Is it free to debate strangers here?
The live queue is available on the Free plan. Current limits are shown before you join.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can enter the live queue and debate on video as a guest. After about ten minutes on the site we ask you to sign in with Google, Apple, or email, never during a round. AI practice lets you finish one round before sign-in.
Where can I argue with strangers online without it turning into a flame war?
Here, mostly because a round has a shape: one question, one side each, and turns if you want them. If it still goes bad, you can leave, report, or block the other person at any point.
Can I pick the debate topic?
Yes. Once you're paired, the question field is open before the first speech: type your own or roll a random one. Both of you see the same question before anyone speaks.

Your camera is never sent to the room and no face data leaves your machine. Every debater is on camera one way or the other: as themselves, or as the avatar.
